Talk about giving back!
Alex Zhvanetskiy, a Toronto-area realtor, partnered with York Regional Police for a Family Day Food Drive at the Richmond Hill police station.
He posted photos and this thank-you message on social media:
“Our Family Day Food Drive in partnership with York Regional Police was an immense success. We were able to cram-a cruiser with food for families in need, which was donated to the Richmond Hill Community Food Bank!
“When my family moved to Canada in 1993, we relied on food banks for support. I still have memories walking with my parents down Spadina Ave to the Scott Mission from our small rental apartment in the Annex.
“Thank you to those who donated. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!”
